About Bangel – The Soul Behind the Art

Bangel, the artistic pseudonym of Lady Ana Bela de Resende, is more than a visual artist—she is a teller of visual and spiritual stories. Her personality is marked by a deep sensitivity, an intuitive connection with nature, and a continuous search for hidden meanings in forms, colors, and ancestral symbols.

Gifted with a serene presence and a restless mind, Bangel conveys peace through art, but with an emotional intensity that touches the heart of the beholder. Her work is deeply symbolic, reflecting values such as freedom, authenticity, universal love, and spiritual connection.

Each work is a mirror of her inner self: multifaceted, tender, and vibrant. Rather than following trends, Bangel creates her own universe—where modern heraldry dialogues with natural elements and memories of past lives.

An artist of detail and soul, she experiences art as an act of healing, transcendence, and revelation. Those who encounter her work feel it more than they see it.

She returned to artistic production in 2023, initially as a personal project, before transitioning to regular participation in exhibitions. Her artistic influences include Vincent van Gogh, Leonardo da Vinci, and Rembrandt, among others.
